Nuclear power was to the twentieth century what steam power had been to the nineteenth: a game changer.
Nuclear power was better than steam power, because it didn’t pollute, it was basically unlimited, and was extremely efficient.
The downsides to nuclear power were: it could be used to make the most destructive weapon in history.

The first plane would have been much heavier, and much more fuel would’ve been used.

Cars replaced the horse and buggy.
Henry Ford’s assembly-line production style made the automobile affordable and accessible to the average person (before Ford’s Model T was introduced in 1908, only the fabulously wealthy could afford a car). The automobile gave everyone a degree of mobility and personal  freedom our forefathers could only dream of, and turned entire generations of teenagers into raging revheads.

We have come very far with cars since 1908. Everything has changed, we now even have self-driving cars!

Reflection

I was only present in this class for the second week as I transfered from a different class, so I have't completed all the work.

Geogebra

The main mathematical concept I learned in class was 'Geometry', but my main focus was how angles are inside circles, and how they all relate. I still have questions about how the radius and circumference comes into it all. I learned some new vocabulary, including equilateral, and isosceles. Two angles in an isosceles triangle are the same, which is similar to how all the angles in an equilateral triangle are the same. In this unit, by strengths were working on Geogebra, as I had experience with this from last year. My weakness's were understanding into the angles in circles at the start, but I feel slightly more confident now. My plan is to spend time working on my weakness to improve it.
